I have been slacking this week
Having a sick lil one has made it difficult to keep up! I need to get my butt back into gear! I start Gamma Monday, I am so excited!

HI team! Now a sore throat...grr. I work a bit late today then head to the gym. I even turned down a dinner invitation to hit the gym. There are lots of Halloween treats in the office today. I am working hard to abstain.

Ok ladies.....it is on!! My husband is always seems to be trying to sabatoge my efforts....stopping and picking up sweets, placing bowls of candy all over the house, making me feel guilty if I want to workout at night, telling me I don't need to lose weight...that he loves the way I look now. Well lately I have noticed that he has been getting smaller....yep, you heard me!! And the worse thing is that when I have asked him if he is trying to lose weight he says no and that he doesn't think he has lost any. Come to find out he has lost over 20 pounds, has been power walking with weights during his lunch breaks and I caught him doing pushups in the bathroom the other night.....like in secret!! What the crap? Anyway, it is on....he even told me months ago that the only reason I wanted to lose weight was so people would compliment me. Well who do you think has been getting all the "wow, you have lost weight' or "hey, you look great, are you losing weight?" compliments? Him.......this has me riled up and I am ready to kick butt and finish strong!!!! The sad things about this is that we could have been helping each other, encouraging each other, supporting each other.....oh well, obviously he likes the sneaky tactic so sneaky I will be!!!! It used to be hard to get out of bed and workout but I have a feeling I will be anxious to get up and workout now!!0

Ok, so I fell off the wagon and fell hard this week. It's been rough with not feeling well and just laying in bed for days. Today was terrible food wise and I can't even track all the crap I put in my mouth. So I'm calling it a loss for today (and the last several). However tomorrow is my first day back at work, and I know I can be more structured with that and get back on track. The headaches have calmed to a dull throb, and provided the weather holds out I think we can get back into the walking groove tomorrow!0
