Sherry, my challenger is my Polar FT80 HRM Star built in trainer. It is set to the maximize fitness program which sets my targets each week, for the amount of time spent in each of the heart rate categories as well as the amount of calories I need to burn each week. My motivators are all of you.

Today was body weight strength, then treadmill walking & elliptical.

Tonight is Halloween so please protect your pets. It is a horrible night for them. Those of you who are parents please be careful especially if fireworks are allowed in your area.

Tomorrow is November and it will be the time change this next weekend in BC, Canada. We fall back aka gain an hour.

Stay safe & enjoy the rest of the week.

Great poster quote above. My challenger is me, myself, and I....it is all up to me to get up and get it done! I have many factors that act as motivators but surrounding yourself with people that have the same mindset about health & fitness is a BIGGIE!

Today was kickboxing bootcamp DVD....stormy outdoors so exercise done inside this morning. Having alternatives prevents using weather conditions as an excuse...I learned this a few years back when I didn't think this way.

Have a fun and safe Halloween. I am looking forward to regaining that extra hour of sleep as our time changes this weekend.

HI! Happy Halloween, if you're into it. We don't have Halloween here, but will have "dress up" and other festivities in the Spring, for the carnival period, so we'll have to wait awhile.

I could definitely use some more people in real life who would help with the motivation to always push a little harder. But I'm proud of myself for sticking with it even in the absence of such people. I do appreciate my pals here for sure. I'm pretty sure that without the accountability and the folks of MFP, I'd have quit a long time ago.

So, I didn't get to my lower body workout after my son's martial arts last night. I was just too beat and was having pain in my right heel (perhaps due to the boots I've been wearing lately). But today, I had a special appointment with my son after school, so no tutor, no walking, no running--which means I'm rested up for doing my strength workout tonight.

I'm still in goodness with my eating  yay!

Make it a good one! Weekend is on it's way!

I'm hanging onto goodness with my eating too.

The weekend will be more of a challenge.

I'm not much for Halloween so as long as I don't look in the plastic orange pumpkins strategically placed around the office with candy in them, I'm good.

Rest day today. Pushed myself the past 6 days so I was ready for one. Did legs last night & I'm feeling it today. Trainer session at 5am tomorrow so curious to see what we do.

    Have a great day everyone!

Hi everyone, I'm new to your group! I love today's poster!! It's the very reason I signed up to this group, looking for supportive people.

We already changed our clocks, here in Israel. It's kind of hard to get used to it getting dark so early.

Hello everyone! I did a total of three exercises today...First was a Bicep and Triceps’ workout that burned 500 in 67 minutes. Second was a Halloween Event 5K Run called Spooky Sprint this morning I ran it in 27:00 and that burned 410 calories. Finally played volleyball tonight and burned 180 calories in just under an hour. Hope everyone is doing well this week keep up the hard work! @ chani8 I know how you feel I'm deployed right now and we don't have daylight savings here but its sure getting dark a lot faster.

    WELCOME!

We also changed our clocks last weekend and it is definitely difficult to remember that it's getting darker earlier, so maybe I need to tie a jacket to my waist in the afternoon when I go walk or run, since it might be shady and cool before I get home.

Nice to have someone in a similar timezone as me, here in the group.

Feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself and your goals and activities. We are here for daily support.

Just want to say that everyone is hitting it hard to make sure some type of exercise gets done. I am glad to be among such a dedicated group of people.

Marla, you look cute in your costume...very nice!
