Just proved I have ZERO Abs. I will definitely look to see improvement in that area. I'm still doing all modified moves.

I did ok on this but the pike hops tweaked something in my heel... Hoping it's not achilles tendon. Was pretty poor on v sits... Nice not to finish the session in a total lather but def have some work to do. Expecting significant pain from the double tomorrow!
