100 push ups 15 bicep curls.. I use 8lbs because thats all i have here.

    Good morning, simsburyjet. Great start.

    I don't go into the office on Fridays. I'll be at home working on another college paper. As soon as the dawn comes, I plan to walk my dog and hopefully get in another walk in the nearby national park, if the weather permits. We have high wind here.

    So far:
    25 squats
    25 twists
    1 plank
    1 real sit up
    15 granny sit ups

    Thanks, I took that photo of my dog a few years ago for her collie rescue group calendar. I'm in Gettysburg, PA, about 100 miles north of D.C. It's stormy here, light rain and high wind, but oddly warm. I live near the battlefield and hike there all the time (it goes for miles). i'll have to watch for falling trees today.

    5 min cardio, 50 ewighted bridges (w/backpack of books), 10 pushups, 10 inverted desk pull ups

    A friend told me about desk pull ups. I can only do them inverted because my desk sits agains the wall so no room for my legs if I turn around, but whoa! I felt those!
