Day 68 of 90

Focus T25 Beta (Suppose to be Day 5 of Week 5)

Since this is only the 2nd day I have worked out this week, I did doubles

Beta Core Cardio, Beta Rip't Circuit, and Day 1 of the Ab Challenge(15 Situps, 5 Crunches, 5 Leg Raises and a 10 Sec Plank)



It feels good to be back!!
Since T25 Consists of 6 workouts per week, I have done 3 so far...that means doubles tomorrow before work, and I may or may not get the 6th in Sunday?? But either way I am so super excited to start Gamma Monday!!

HAPPY FRIDAY LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just did Day 1 of the Ab Challenge. It was a short one but made me feel good about jumpstarting back into it. What a crappy day outside today! Looks like I'll be on the bike inside tonight when I get home! :-)

    Good Friday! I am still not feeling well so I think I will take today as a rest day (second one this week). I will definitely get in my ab challenge workout since that will only take a few minutes. I'd like to feel better for the weekend (and Zumba tomorrow) so I'm just going to work and rest. Hopefully that helps.

    Good Morning! Welcome to Day 68 of 90! I have T25 on tap for today! Hope you feel better tanyab1990. Everyone have a great Friday! I will be coming up with a new challenge and announcing it in the next few days. One that will get us through the holidays. :smile: :smile:

    Today I went back to one of my JNL Fusion workouts....I missed having some weights incorporated. It is funny how something can just fuel your ambition. This morning I was awake before the alarm went off and I couldn't wait to get out there and push play. I have never really had a competitive personality but something about seeing my husband sneaking into the bathroom to do pushups just kinda made something snap in my head!!!

    I did my ab challenge too but today was very simple.....simple but completed!!!

    Woohoo! Eased myself back into the 30 day shred tonight. I just did the warm up and the first of three circuits. I think I'll stick with just one circuit for a couple of days then add another. My x-rays are in a week and a half so I'm hoping for full clearance, but I need to do something and I feel like I've got something to prove with this DVD now. It won't get the best of me!
