Looking for a quik small pre snack before i go gym,i go 4.30am in the morning.

I would say...a banana, although I don't eat before I workout in the morning.0

Banana sounds good. But if you aren't hungry that early, don't worry about eating before your workout, just have your breakfast after.0

one or two hard boiled eggs would be a good one. can keep them in a fridge for few days so no trouble waking up early to cook them for the morning :-)0
