November "Diminishing Returns" Weight Challenge

OK Folks. As the last numbers come in, for what looks to have been a pretty good October for the group, it is time to carry on into November.
Final Results from October
The October Challenge had 21 people sign up, and we have reports from at least 20 for at least part of that time period.
Adding those losses all together that group has a reported loss of 140.6 pounds for October! :drinker: :glasses:
Sign yourself up for the November challenge, get in your Holiday mindset, if you haven't already (with a nod to our breathern in Canada who had to deal with Thanksgiving in October,) and lets set our goals for this month!
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

SW: 430 - Starting Weight, before you lost anything, and you don't have to put this here if you don't want to.
CW: 312.1 - Challenge Weight (or Current Weight) - What you weigh at the start of the Challenge.
GW: 307 - Goal Weight for this months challenge. Set for what you want to get to, but try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: 175 - LifeTime Goal Weight. Where you think you would like to be for your ideal weight.

Week 1: 11/07/13 = (Filled in after your first week. Since my last WI from October was 10/31, I'll continue with this date in Nov.)
Week 2: 11/14/13 =
Week 3: 11/21/13 =
Week 4: 11/28/13 = (Happy Thanksgiving everyone in the US!)
Week 5: 11/30/13 = Monthly Challenge Close out Weight. (If you desire, or just close out with your earlier in the week WI.

I am looking forward to November and still working towards getting below 290.0 in August 2012 I had weighed 289 for 2 days and then gave up.... This year when I see that number I am going to celebrate and then keep working for the next 10!!! Christmas is coming fast and momma wants to play on the water slides with the kids for Christmas vacation0 -

(Yeah, yeah...always the contrarywise guy, I know. But I weigh in at a clinic that I am not actually a patient at, and the receptionist lets me use their fancy scale that prints out a ticket with a bunch of different statistics--like total fat mass, total body water, etc. and I don't want to become a nuisance or a bother, so I only pop in every two weeks.)0 -

Okay, here we go...
Am starting to think about food a lot again. The benefits of June's surgery seem to be diminishing, leaving me with a small stomach and the need to exercise control. Going to find out how well established this new lifestyle is.
Here's to stopping when full, raising protein levels to satisfy my body, cutting back on trigger foods, beginner-level exercises, and a support group of friends to help me watch out!

I didn't realize until this morning that I mistyped my start weight so I fixed that in this post.
Not sure why I'm up so high. Had more sodium than I intended yesterday and the chocolate in my diary was eaten at like 2am, so maybe that's why? C'est la vie I suppose. Going grocery shopping this week sometime, so I will pay even more attention to labels and try to keep my sodium in control!0 -
