Hey Ladies-did you meet your october goals?
I didn't
BUT no fear...november is here. What are your november goals?
I've been researching and it seems that a diet high in protein and low in carbs (50-60g a day) works really well for those of us who have PCOS and want to shed weight. So im doing a low carb november (with 2 cheat days- Thanksgiving and the day after).
In addition to low carb november-my weight loss goal is 6 pounds this month!

Hello, yes I met my October goals. My goal was to lose 8 lbs. and I lost 10 lbs. I'm glad I found this group! I also use the Fitbit app. I love being able to see how many steps I take a day.
My November goals are:
* Lose 8 lbs.
* Drink plenty of water
* Walk 5 miles a day
* Stay within my daily calories allowed
Good luck ladies with your November goals!!!0 -
I didn't meet my goals. I didn't eat to great at all. But I did stick with Insanity( down 11.5 inches)
My November goals are the same: Eat cleaner and finish Insanity0 -
October Goals
Well I was off to a slow start but I have increased my weekend steps, well over my goal for the last two weekends.
I spend much less time in the mirror, and I am much happier with what I see!
OMG! Not a weight has touched my body!!!
I lost 4.1 pounds.
November Goals
Keep up my weekend steps
Eat less fat - primarily butter
Be more consistent with bringing my lunch to work!
Work on having a consistent daily calorie range0 -
Hi Ladies!

I didn't have any goals for the month of October. For the month of November:
I want to drink more water
Do the abs and squat challenge posted on another site
Make sure I log my food everyday
Try to remain positive and see the best in everything0 -
Good morning,
hopefully, I can lose between 5-6 lbs this month, but it's going to be hard with the holidays coming up! I love dressing and yams and pie(s)!!!!0 -
I did not meet my goal at all. October went by so fast.
For November, I plan on working out at least 3 -4 days per week and stay within my calorie range. If I loose weight, I'll take it but lately it is a up and down battle.
Congrats to all those who made October's goal.
Good luck to all in making November a better month - goal wise.0 -
My goals for November is to workout 4-5 times a week, drink more water, plan healthier meals, and get more sleep. And hopefully by doing this I'll get rid of at least 5 lbs.0

I did not meet my October goal, but I am still fighting. I have decided to not weigh myself every week. Instead I will track it once a month for a little while. I've been getting lots of compliments at the gym, so something must be working. Maybe my scale is in denial
. My goal for November is to tackle a new class at the gym, do a little more running on the treadmill, SLEEP more and lose 5lbs.
