    9:30am - 1 minute wall sit, 24 lunges with knee raise
    10:00am - All in high plank position, 10 slow mountain climbers, 10 inside twist (knee to opposite elbow), 10 oblique twists ( knee to same elbow)

    10 min of stretching and light cardio.

    Hello everyone! i super failed today and it was stressful so i was running around and things and did nothing.

    you're in a high plank position and for example, bring your right towards your left side and vice versa.
