Starting the day with 100 push ups and 15 bicep curls.. Goal today 750 push ups, 100 curls and 100 jumping jacks..

Good morning, simsbury jet! Great start.
I'm actually at home right now, about to walk to work with my dog. I've thrown these in to start my day since the office will be full of people when we get there.
20 squats
15 granny push ups
1 plank
1 real push up0 -

Had a few minutes to myself and knocked off these:
1 plank (30 seconds, my longest time)
1 real push up
10 granny push ups
25 squats
25 twists0 -
