Hi ladies! I'm 46, mother of 2 (age 14 and 19) and work full time as a waitress. I'm looking for friends to help keep me motivated. I am starting to notice the "pre-menopausal" weight gain and getting a little freaked out by it! I'm trying to stay healthy and get a hold of my eating habits before this gets any worse!
