My latest favorite exercise :) lunge with a twist

Lunge with a twist --- almost sounds like a fancy drink ;)

Grab some weights and hold them close to your abdomen.
From a standing position,
Lunge back--both knees bent with trunk upright--not leaning forward
Twist your torso left and right
Pull yourself back to standing position
Lunge opposite side, twist, pull yourself back.
repeat 12 times

Muscles exercised:
hips
legs
ankles
waist
shoulders
arms
and your balance !!
what a bargain!
