I did JMBR last year and only got through Phase 1, I'm currently doing it again and I'm on Phase 2, week 6. My issue is the knees. Anyone else having issues with their knees hurting? Prior to this I never had an issue with pain, and I remember last year I had the same problem, but my knees hurt daily and sometimes wonder how I'm going to be able to go on.

Yes! I did. But I was doing Kickbox fast fix at the same time.
I don't know which week it was but I had trouble with my left knee. It was just one day but it was really painful.0 -
I have arthritis in one knee so Plyo moves are out. But I do all others with no issue.0

My knees felt painful for about first 3 weeks of body revolution, but I kept pushing it through and it went away:) Make sure you keep your form right with all the lounges etc.and maybe some heath cream would help.0

I had really painful knees from doing 30DS and didn't finish it. With BR I have had some pain but I've been able to keep going through it and it's less than it was at first but it comes and goes. If it's really bad I just go easy on the jumpy stuff for a day and it seems to help0

I've been trying to do that, but it's defintily not working for me :noway: I also do Zumba twice a week and certain times through out the 1hr we do squats and lunges and I can't even do that anymore without my knees killing me.0 -
It's maybe worth checking with a specialist, I read many times about micro damages to knees people had after straining it too much... fingers crossed it will go away:flowerforyou:0

Thanks Lidzia! I didn't workout yesterday and if I do today I will be modifying a lot. I really want to continue with the program, but will stop to save my knees.0
