Tractor Pull Thursday

Even though I live in Connecticut and do not know what a tractor pull is I like the name.
Goal 800 push ups and 200 bicep curls


started with 200 push ups and 40 bicep curls

    That thread title is sooo funny! My husband explained to me what a tractor pull is, and that apparently it's a sport these days.

    I hope to be able to join you all and log regularly next week. I'm very busy with the move, getting in lots of steps, carrying boxes, etc.

    I felt hyped this morning, so I did started my day with counter push-ups, ballet squats, and standing leg raises.

    9:00am - 24 side lunges, 25 jumping squats, 30 oblique leg checks
    10:00am - 30 crunches, 30 leg raises, 40 tuck ups, 30 russian twists.

    9:00am - 24 side lunges, 25 jumping squats, 30 oblique leg checks
    10:00am - 30 crunches, 30 leg raises, 40 tuck ups, 30 russian twists.
    11:00am - 1 minute wall sit, 30 counter dips, 25 counter push ups

    15 min of cardio - Turbo Fire warm-up, 100 squats, 100 mummy kicks, various other stuff in between.

    Another 15 min cardi - TF warm-up, 100 no impact jacks (non-juming), 50 windmills, various other stuff in between.

    -- I love squats. I did the plan from www.twohundredsquats.com a year or so ago.
