I want to incorporate more RAW meals ........... Any quick favs you suggest??????? Im pretty good on smoothie options i'm looking for more meal options.

Raw veggies like broccoli, sweet peppers, cauliflower with hummus is a great go to for me that is quick and easy.0

Whole fresh fruit is the best. Dont get fooled into thinking a lot of nuts is good for you though just because its raw0
