Alright. Here it goes...
Thing to be proud of today: It's been a long day--mostly because I didn't sleep last night since I was up studying for a calculus test. Tonight before my workout, I decided to find out what my average Resting Heart Rate was running at these days (148 bpm), just to help quantify my base fitness level. I accidentally fell asleep. At 11:05 PM, I woke up both extremely lethargic and with a wicked case of the munchies, but I forced myself to do down a banana and plow through my Insanity workout. Then, for a cool-down, I threw on my raincoat and took the dogs for a walk to pick up my boyfriend from his job.
Honestly, if it weren't for this group, none of that would have happened, and I would have eaten half the food in the fridge--so thanks again, everyone.
