We all know that everything has sugar in it. What are your ways to try and limit your sugar in take? Im sticking to just drinking a small cup of coffee in the morning, water thru out the day and a little wine in the evening and drink my protein shake with water not milk. But trying to figure other ways to cut back on my sugar in take

My love of sugar was completely out of hand. I would get the most intense cravings you could imagine. If it was bad enough I could just eat a spoon full of sugar...Yup...TERRIBLE.
I have cut out all excess sugar from my diet. Meaning no refined sugars, which I will say is hard because its in everything. I am using things like agave nectar, honey, or pure maple syrup in my baking/cooking/tea. I feel a million times better after 1 week. Its been hard but totally worth it.
I have most likely unknowingly had sugar in some form, but I am really making a hard attempt to cut it out.0 -
