For those of you who are eating dates during your pregnancy, how many are you consuming per day? I've been trying to do some research on a good amount and, of course, the interwebz has all sorts of conflicting information (: I plan on asking my OB but my next appointment isn't until next Wednesday.

from what I have read the more the better lol. I am eating 6-7 a day spread out through the day.0

It's meant to be 6 a day, which is about 30g a day.0

I eat mine in oatmeal which helps because I don't like them either. Although I skipped this week...Oopsy!0
