    This was a pretty big drop that happened over the weekend. I fully expect to plateau now. But it does look nice. Maybe I'll make my goal this month. :glasses: Though it would be even cooler if I met my first goal weight. We'll see!

    I am two days late because Monday was Remembrance Day and the gym was only open 1-5, and I don't have a working scale at home! :laugh:

    This is amazing to me, since I've had a up and down week w/ my eating. I mucked up my knee and have been doing a quarter of my regular exercise.
    I also had a loss of like 3 inches this week. Hee hee! Still I need to get my head back in the game before I do myself damage. :(
