What does your Nutrional Goal Breakdown look like?

My calorie goal is 1200 daily; which I usually come in a little under each day (200 calorie for each meal/snack) I'm having trouble deciding what the ideal breakdown should be. What have you found that works for you?

Carb
Fat
Protein

    I have mine set for Protein, Carb, Fat, Fiber and Sodium

    My calorie goal is 1,000 today and I focus mostly on protein which is a minimum of 80 grams a day.
