My goal for this week is to lose one pound:drinker:0

My goal for tomorrow is 1 pound from last week, then next week (Nov. 17 weigh in) to maintain. We have a mandatory OT project at work and they are feeding us Friday night and Saturday, but the guy in charge is a pizza and doughnuts type. I'm hoping for some healthier options, but I'll still be at my desk not able to exercise much.0
