Protein Pancakes

I made these for dinner after completing the functional strength routine last night:

1 Cup Old Fashion Oats
1 Banana
Three Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (I use Vanilla)
Splash of Vanilla (optional)

Blend everything in a magic bullet and pour on a griddle/pan as you would normal pancakes. I topped mine with almond butter, but peanut butter or fruit would be yummy, too!

Note: they can be a little less fluffy than normal pancakes- but they're equally tasty!
