Sore muscles?

Of course we are going to get some sore muscles, we are working muscles we haven't worked this hard in a long time and we are getting stronger! Muscles are lengthening which is allowing more flexibility and movement.
This is referred to as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)
Everybody has had or will have muscle soreness sometime in their journey
Let's work together to keep going and don't quit because of this minor pain.
(And don't forget to laugh at yourself when you waddle when u walk cuz ur legs are so sore..... It will all be worth it)

There are many ways to relieve this soreness:
Ice, rest, anti-inflammatory, massage, hot pack for tight muscles, foam roller, and of course stretching

Please post any issues you are having with tight or sore muscles and we can suggest a stretch for you or improve on your form if needed.

    I've learned to love the burn! It feels so good and I know that the burn means that my muscles are gttn a great workout!
