Well, it looks like I'm out. I'm planning to try and keep up the working out for the rest of the month, but today was a verrry high calorie day for me! I wish all of you the best of luck with this month's challenge, and with your fitness goals in the future!!

I, too, am loving this challenge. It isn't as hard as I expected and I am really so much more careful about figuring out the calories and not just going with what I assume is ok. ( I couldn't believe how many calories and sugar are in orange juice, no o.j. for me, it's not worth it!)0 -

My son was trul sick today - nasty flu. While I exercised for 20 mintues - running in place is so boring, I am over my calories by 20. I did log everything. Up to you.0

Today was pretty stressful. I managed to stay within my calorie budget, but it was more of a struggle than I'd anticipated. Tomorrow, I set my calorie goal for a pretty high number. I need one of those days every week or two. I'll reset it tomorrow night after I check in .
