Well, I'm back up to my highest weight ever! I weighed on Thursday, Nov. 7 and was at 215.
So I'm heavier than I was when I started this group. But, I am started anew today. Between the scale, the way my clothes have been fitting (or should I say not fitting), and just the way I feel in general I will get back into the swing of things.
This also means that I won't be missing any more weigh ins on here. I don't have internet at home but I will make it a habit to check in on my work breaks.
My challenge starting weight was 210.
CW = 215
GW for challenge is 190. Not sure if I can make it even if I stick with things 100% but will try.0 -

Whoops! I promised I would check in this week even though I knew I had a gain, but work has been so crazy I forgot until today. So this is me:

Up .2, not devastating considering this was the week I switched to the TDEE method and upped my calories by a couple hundred a day. I'm hoping next week will show a loss, or the week after. I did my calculations about a hundred times on three different websites and they all agree that I was undereating by a lot. I've heard it takes a week or two for your body to adjust and not store those newly added calories.
About 7 weeks to go so I'm hoping to be down 7 more pounds by then.0 -

Put weight on this week, been so sick with an infected wisdom tooth! Not gonna let it get me down though, did my measurements and lost 4 cm from my waist. First time in over a year my boobs have been bigger than my waist lol!0
