I had Rny surgery 7/11/05 and lost 126 lbs. I have been able to keep all but about 30lbs off. I would really like to lose these 30 lbs but I'm struggling. I have been doing MFP and have discovered a workout group that I love so exercise isn't the issue. My issue is on food. I don't know what I should be eating. What suggestions do you guys have? I am 8 years post op and doing great, but struggle with what is the best nutrition plan I should follow.

I'm also struggling with lots of excess skin on my arms, hips and thighs.

Good places to look for helpful tools are the bariatric surgery websites. They usually have resource pages, with what foods you should be eating at different stages. Even though you are years out, it may help to go back to some of the original ideas and suggestions in order to re-lose those pounds that you want off. Hope that helps :)
  • Thank you! I'll try that!
