I had my surgery back in April. I've done pretty well getting the weight off. But I've recently hit a plateau. What's the best way to get out of this rud I'm stuck in? Also, any advice on how to stop the hair loss?? I feel ask tho I'm going bald.

I just had a revision surgery to RNY on 12/30/2015. It is taking me longer to bounce back from this surgery than ever before. I am having a hard time getting in all my water for the day.
