Hi, I had RNY on 8/29/13 I have went from 251 lbs. to 204 lbs. no matter what I do I cant loose any more,so frustrating!!! Now that that's out of the way, I am 41 years old, married, 3 grown kids, 1 grandson. I am a full time student and I run my husbands trucking company. Life is very busy!
I have been overweight most of my adult life. I have dieted, exercised till I couldn't walk and still nothing worked. I researched rny for 3 years before I finally did it. I am happy that I did it but now I feel lost, I have no support system. It seems that no one understands how hard it is and that I work at it everyday.

Welcome! I know this journey can be a frustrating one at times, but you can do it! 2013 was a particularly difficult year for me and I re-gained about 18 pounds of what I lost with my RNY. "dislike" So I started to track with MFP again. I am focusing on exercising and protein vs carbs again. I am trying to exercise about 6 days a week and give myself one day off. I weigh in tomorrow so I am hoping for good results. We also have a biggest loser type of contest going at work through the end of the year. I started off just wanting to beat my boss, but now I want to lose the highest % of my body weight and win the pool $$$$. I have to find small things to keep me motivated.0
