My name is Robyn And I have A lot to lose. About 80 lbs. I just upped ,y weights by 5 lbs. Should I do that or wait until I lose more weight?

so, i'm not an expert on this, but I would reccomend using the approriate weights to where you can feel the resistance... but not too much. You want to be able to give you muscles that resistance to help build them, therefore giving you the results you want. I'm not exactly sure what the rule of thumb is when to increase the amount, but I know it's not until you have established a good stamina with what you are currently using.

That is very good to up 5lbs, it will increase the difficulty thus burn more calories! As long as you're doing the same amount of reps that is!0
