Normaly I can skip a meal just fine. But the minute I start a diet I get crazy hunger pain is this normal?

Cheat Day? No Cheat Day?
I am so confused with cheat day. I will either let my cheat day last 3 days or cheat a little every day. I am just starting my weight loss journey. Should I completely cut out bad sugars for a certain period of time so that my body will get used to not eating these bad foods?

Hey guys! I do four miles a day, but after that, I'm exhausted. I always plan to do more toning, but never get to it! :/ Is it better to cut a mile and only do three so I have more energy to tone up, or suck it up and push myself to do the whole four, and then tone up? :) Kisses!
