Holidays-what you plans?

So with all the holidays coming up, what are you plans? How are you planning on staying on track without feeling like you're missing out on all the delicious food? How are you planning on keeping up your fitness goals with everything being so busy? Yes, I am looking for ideas :blushing: This is usually the time of year when I throw in the towel and think I'll start again in January.

(I guess the title should be whats your plans silly auto correct LOL)

    I plan to keep going to the gym so I can add more calories to my diary. And I am going to pray.

    We are so similar. That is what I was wondering because I do the SAME THING you normally do. I have already been playing that game and the holiday's are not even here yet.

    If you come up with great idea, let me know.

    I do plan on making myself keep walking regularly. Currently, that is my source of exercise and if I can keep doing that I think it will help keep me from falling into the surrender and begin again mindset.
