You need to set custom "macro" goals.
    10 carb
    25 protein
    65 fat
is a good place to start though some start at 5% carb and even higher fat

    Go to goals

    Select set custom goals

Adjust the settings for carb, fat and protein

I also have mine set to show fiber for easy net carb calculation.

agree with above, in terms of setting custom macros. mine are a little different, but super close to those.

i too have my diary set to show fiber, but also sugar.

i monitor the sugars in my veggies and nuts and so forth.

    Calories | Carbs | Fat | Protein | Fiber | Sugar

    good luck!

Hi - You set yours to "10 carbs" ? Isn't that really low??

I've been trying to figure mine out as well. I'm just having a tough time all over the place.
I've been on Atkins now since last Monday, and I'm not doing well. This past Saturday I thought I was doing ok... and now,
I'm back up. I'm watching net carbs.. of 20g. I'm on induction and I'm getting so discouraged. I did this years ago. Flat 20 carbs.. no calculating.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see - its percentage..... got that.
What would you suggest I set fiber at? And sugar?

    Thank you!

Wow, I've just been re-entering every thing with (Net carb) totals. I subtract the fiber out before I enter the food in my foods. I guess that works too.

I don't set goals for fiber or sugar, just calories, fat, carbs and protein

I'm on induction and my percentages are Fat:75%, Protein:20%, and Carbs:5%
