Focus T25 Gamma Week 2 Day 2 : Extreme Circuit
I really like this workout, but I do not have the proper dumbbells to do all of the burpees and pushups on ht floor with them, which is no biggie bc I have trouble with burpees and push ups as it is lol

Happy Tuesday! Today is my first day back at work in a while. Of course it's snowing so I'm hoping I don't strain my neck even more with dumb drivers!
I made up three of my ab challenge days last night, and snuck in a 2 mile walk... and plan to do the same today.
It's x-ray day! 1pm I find out if my knee is fully healed. Fingers crossed!

Good morning and welcome to Day 79 of 90! Today I have Gamma Extreme Circuit on the schedule. I will keep my fingers crossed for the results of your knee x-rays. Heather-you can use the band to do the reps in Extreme Circuit if you don't have the proper dumbells. The program came with one. I prefer dumbells myself so I totally understand. yes especially the weighted burpees and the tricep pushups with the dumbells.0

Fire 45 today and I so glad Turbo Fire doesn't have a bunch of those burpee things....in my other videos I was able to do one burpee to everyone else 3 or 4!!!
I went to my mountain home this weekend...took my sister in law there for a girls weekend because she has been dealing with a lot of stuff and needed to get away. We had a great time and it was so nice to not "have" to be doing anything. We hand painted christmas ornaments, cooked, watched some Christmas movies.....and "Walmarted".
This may sound silly to some of you that do these hard core workouts but I just bought Hip Hop Abs!! Beachbody has it marked down to $19.99 and I love to dance so it is a perfect match!! Anyway, to get a workout program for $19.99....you can beat that! I ordered it last Thursday and should be getting it by the end of the week.0 -

Hello all! Sick day for me....stayed home from work. My last hard workout was Saturday so I did some yoga yesterday and today when I was feeling okay in the evenings. I'm glad though because I realized that I have gotten more flexible since the last time I did yoga. I really enjoyed it. My ankles need work though.0
