Just had the mail man stop in and guess what he had? My Hip Hop Abs....so excited! Can't wait to hear what songs are on here...one that sold me that I heard while watching video was a song from Usher. Tomorrow morning I will start dancing my way to a lean waistline!!!0

Having a rough day today. But beside my setback, I got myself up and went for a walk. I am also determined to get in a second ab workout. I'll still be over, but tomorrow is a new day.0

I am done with Wednesday. Still feeling eh but I went to Zumba. I did really well until the last two songs and felt just exhausted and a little nauseous (sp?). I know I will feel better tomorrow. I have a long day tomorrow and won't likely have time for a workout so I will either take my rest day or find some time before morning.0
