Hi Guys and Gals,
I've just seen this post and wanna join in, I bit late a know but never to late to start and make the change. I have been on MFP for 3-4 weeks, and haven't yet seen any loss, hoping that this might be what I need to action this weightloss again. Over the last 6months I have lost 8.5kg on weight watchers, I would like to keep it that way with a cheaper option.

I've gained 1Kover the last week:noway: after returning from conference I got sick with fluy/sinus crap infection so
ate whatever I felt like :ohwell: and kinda couldnt care less- you knoe how it is when your too crook to give a rats?
so 1st day back on MFP and off to the gym.Im still blocked up a bit but energy is way better.
hope you all doing well,and surviving the windy,rainy spring over here in Kiwi-land.:bigsmile:0 -

I haven't lost any more weight but I've been concentrating on toning up, which is coming along nicely
Am considering changing to maintenance as if I lose much more weight I may not have any boobs or bum left. Spending the next couple of weeks working on clean eating & getting down to 60kg. If that doesn't happen then maybe I'm at the weight I'm supposed to be at. With a toned body0 -
