    Today was a day off from the gym so I got in a 30 minute walk with the dog at a fast clip and about 30 minutes of circuit/calisthenics at home. I have a new mat which is helping with that.

    Almost half way through the month. I've been entering my Thanksgiving recipes so I will know in advance just exactly what and how much I can eat.

    Insanity is still going strong. My goal today was to be in a 200 calorie deficit, because usually I'm pretty close to my total limit, and I did it!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget today? Yes, it's pretty amazing how much I have left over at the end of the days since this challenge began. I used to eat double my allowance, now (mostly due to all the exercise) I have no worries if I want a snack after dinner. : )
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - and getting up super early is getting a bit less daunting of a task.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - even if it's just a bite of something. It ALL gets tracked.
