Focus T25 Gamma Speed 3.0
Followed by Day 13 of the Ab Challenge (60 Sit-ups, 75 Crunches, 40 Leg Raises and a 50 Second Plank)

    Just had the mail man stop in and guess what he had? My Hip Hop Abs....so excited! Can't wait to hear what songs are on here...one that sold me that I heard while watching video was a song from Usher. Tomorrow morning I will start dancing my way to a lean waistline!!!

    Having a rough day today. But beside my setback, I got myself up and went for a walk. I am also determined to get in a second ab workout. I'll still be over, but tomorrow is a new day.

    I am done with Wednesday. Still feeling eh but I went to Zumba. I did really well until the last two songs and felt just exhausted and a little nauseous (sp?). I know I will feel better tomorrow. I have a long day tomorrow and won't likely have time for a workout so I will either take my rest day or find some time before morning.
