Good Morning its 7am here on the east coast

100 push ups and 25 bicep curls

    Good morning, everybody! Great start, simsburyjet.

    25 squats
    20 twists
    10 push ups (on the stairs in my basement)
    1 plank (30 seconds)
    10 biceps curls (8 lb weights)

    Plus some gardening (cutting shrubbery, raking leaves)

    I will be leaving in the hour to walk to work with my dog.

    Gee, I waited to see what creative title you'd give it today! Boo hoo. ;) I couldn't come up with anything either. :)

    I'm really busy but need some goals for today, so I'll pledge 100 push ups (granny) and 100 steps.

    hahah i was looking for a cool title as well. My legs are dead. Upper body/core day!

    9am - 12 door bicep curls (each side) , 30 tuck ups, 30 leg raises, 30 bicycles, 30 crunches
    10am - 2 minute plank, 10 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climbers, 20 spidermans.

    Morning break workout: 12 min cardio (various low impact stuff from Turbo Fire and Zumba) followed by 13 min of yoga.

    Followed immediately by a 50 min conf call where I kept moving the whole time. Not enough to reach aerobic/cardio, but not sitting.

    Hey welcome..what town in CT I live in Simsbury One of us starts this thread daily, anyone can.. Our leader has dropped from site
    I usually do push ups but as you can see their are a variety of deskercisers.


    650 push ups 150 bicep curls
    Thats it for today.. going spinning tonite. Think up some Friday names as you can tell I have no imagination.

    2:00pm - 20 squats, 20 leg raises, 20 bicycles, 20 crunches, 30 leg checks each side (knee to elbow)
    3:00pm - 100 jumping jacks, 45 second side kick hold each side, 10 burpees

    Last office workout of the day. 5 min cardio. Got weights on the agenda for this evening. I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme and I'm moving to the Push phase. So tomorrow it might be all yoga nd stretching. :wink:
