    oops! sorry, I forgot all about it. My aunt passed away, and I've been busy with that....

    I have just been off MFP and exercising...and it shows an awful gain of 8 lbs.! Yikes! I am back and I WILL take the time to do my workouts and eat and track my food as I used to.
