Hello
Group I am a Pro Natural Bodybuilder looking to add some wow factor to my posing routine.I believe a had stand is easier and probably safer than a back flip hence why I joined this group.
Below is a video I am currently using to learn this skill

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.

Heya!
That video is a good place to start!
I put together about 10 free articles and a free eBook on how to get started. Most people find that info really useful.
You can get that info here: http://chrissalvato.com/2013/05/28-day-handstand-challenge/

I have no suggestions at this time. Sorry. Just wanted you to know I love doing things. Gardening is a passion of mine. As are my pets. I am 53 and think being able to do a hand stand at this age would be awesome. I lift weights often and am currently doing the 100 pushups in six weeks. I am on week 11! LOL, harder than I thought. Also I am doing them on my toes. I refuse to do sissy pushups if I do not have to.
Glad to have someone else who will comment here.
