Day 1 cardio
Day 2 speed
Day 3 total body circuit
Day 4 abs
Day 5 lower and cardio. Your legs are going to burn but in a good way


I thing if we do one posting for the week that everyone can follow that would be great

    Day 3 although I should have done TBC I did rip't circuit I like it so much better and with this being ,y second rnd I figured why not. Tomorrow is abs, it's good bc you do some cardio then abs and continue that pattern to mix it up. Love it I need to get gamma when I have some $$$

    So I'm a little behind for Thursday I walked for 30 min and did an hr of Zumba plus worked late

    Today I did cardio and lower will do abs tomorrow
  • Today I did abs and cardio. Because I missed Monday, I'm going to add a workout in tomorrow as well. I really enjoyed the abs, it went fast for me, but I struggled with the cardio. I had to do it on modified, and am hoping to be able to move up to regular in a few weeks.

    It gets better I still modify some things but I have bad knees and all the jumping around hurts so I do so,e modifications and also work form. I still have a hard time with the lunge progressions
