Day 1 cardio Day 2 speed Day 3 total body circuit Day 4 abs Day 5 lower and cardio. Your legs are going to burn but in a good way I thing if we do one posting for the week that everyone can follow that would be great

How'd it go for everyone today? I found that had to follow the modifier for most of the workout - I just didn't have the jumping in me, but I did manage to do most of the burpees which I didn't think I would be able to to do!
