Day 2

Hi all,
Yes, day 2 is quite different. I'm just glad there were a few more breaks (well not really but slower paced). I loved that he used several different type of exercises...yoga, kick boxing, aerobics etc. What I am loving about this T25 is that it is not in a gym with 50 others and a clear window where everyone peers in. I feel way more comfortable messing up and doing short bouts of the modified version. I also see Tanya on the video messing up at times to keep up and I love it because I know we are not the only ones huffing and puffing (although..lol.. I don't think I would have ever started if I had the bodies of either ladies on the video). Keep up the good work everyone!
