Good Morning Everybody!! How is everybody doing?? I'm doing great working out and eating some what good but losing weight... its going to be a long cold week here is Dallas so I have to get my running in sometime and not sure when...

CW 150.5
Goal Weight 145.5

    Was too busy yesterday to get on the Pc at home. But I am doing well.
