Thanksgiving workouts planned?
I will be going to an 8:30 am zumba Shake Before You Bake class with a friend and walking the dog. I've seen mentions of "Turkey Trots" here too. Any other good workouts planned tomorrow to combat the food haze?
Thanksgiving: Holiday Hurdle #2
So, how did everyone do yesterday? Thanks to my Zumba class yesterday morning, I made it with 6 calories to spare. That's two of my six hurdles clear without going over my net goal. Week 4 - how's it going?
My starting weight for the 10 weeks was 171 and my weight this morning was 167. I am right on track for a pound a week. I am hoping to be 161 for Christmas and 160 for my birthday on Jan 2. My clothes are getting too big and my joints are feeling better (especially the knees). How is everyone else doing?
