Hey gang,
We are putting up some great numbers this week - we rock!! Hope everyone has a great weekend and for those of you living where it gets cold, take advantage of whatever time outside you can. I'm hoping for at least a few more good outside walks before I'm treadmill and pool bound for winter :P

Yayyyy all of the damage has finally been reversed and I can start actually moving in a downward fashion. I hope that I can keep control through the end of the month. I haven't been to the gym as often as I'd like because the weather has caused my sister (gym buddy) to not want to leave the house.

Glad there's five weeks or I might not make my goal! I weighed on Monday and was up 4 lbs. I knew it had to be water from too much sodium over the weekend, so since I weighed on Wednesday last week, I thought I would weigh again today - whew, I was right, it went back down - yay!0 -
