    Hey gang,

    We are putting up some great numbers this week - we rock!! :) Hope everyone has a great weekend and for those of you living where it gets cold, take advantage of whatever time outside you can. I'm hoping for at least a few more good outside walks before I'm treadmill and pool bound for winter :P

    Yayyyy all of the damage has finally been reversed and I can start actually moving in a downward fashion. I hope that I can keep control through the end of the month. I haven't been to the gym as often as I'd like because the weather has caused my sister (gym buddy) to not want to leave the house.

    Gad to see that this week has been good to most of y'all! Keep it up folks.

    Had a little stall there for a bit but finally hit 300 even today. So still in the 300's but so close now. I will hopefully be under 300 on my official weigh-in on Friday.

    Glad there's five weeks or I might not make my goal! I weighed on Monday and was up 4 lbs. I knew it had to be water from too much sodium over the weekend, so since I weighed on Wednesday last week, I thought I would weigh again today - whew, I was right, it went back down - yay!

    No loss again this week... It seems like I lose a chunk of weight then plateau for a week or two, then lose another little chunk... So here's to next week :drinker: Hopefully I'll close out the month with a bang :explode:

    Week 2: 11/08/13 : 351.6 ( -5 bye-bye water weight!)

    Week 4: 11/22/13: 349.4 (- 0.4 which makes for a total of 7.2lbs so far this month YES!)
