What is your first small goal?

Get back to where I was before I got side tracked which is get back down to 195 lbs. before december 1.

My first goal is to lose 10lbs and get back to 155 before new years.....0

My first small goal is to get up every morning to do my workouts as scheduled. I also want to get back to eating like I was before I fell off the wagon, so to speak.0

So what are you guys doing to reach that first small goal? Because without a plan, a goal is only a wish!
My small goal is to get back down to 195lbs:
-Cutting out alcohol for as long as I can stand.
-Eating mostly clean food. (lots of veggies and fruits, yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts)
-Coffee with cream in the morning and tea at night.
-Making workout lists on youtube and will do one daily.
That's mainly it.0 -
First goal: get back on the exercise train. 3 days per week and eating cleaner!! not more treats.
Then next goal is to lose 20lbs in 12 weeks.0 -
First small goal is to get my exercise routine back on schedule and to eat clean.0
