    I feel like I could do this forever, except for Thanksgiving............still don't know how to stay within my calorie budget. The gym is even closed.......................LOL


    This is going to sound a little OCD (which I think I have but never diagnosed :happy: ), but on another discussion someone suggested keying all your recipes in ahead of time. This way on Thanksgiving Day you would have all the foods available for logging....NO EXCUSES!! I kind of like this idea. I can still have what I want, but I will be able to see exactly how much damage I am getting myself into. If I need/want to workout/walk, I would know if/how it will help!! Just a suggestion!! :drinker:

    Actually updated my goals today. I am one pound away from my goal weight!!! :bigsmile: Changed all totals to maintain weight....I can't believe I am finally (well almost) at my goal weight!! :drinker:

    Reminder: Per the rules of the challenge... Your calorie goals do not have to be the same each day. If you are worried about staying within your calorie goal on Thanksgiving (or any day), you can set a higher calorie goal on that day. As long as you are below that days goal, track everything, and exercise at least 20 minutes, you are still able to be in the challenge.
