I feel like I could do this forever, except for Thanksgiving............still don't know how to stay within my calorie budget. The gym is even closed.......................LOL
This is going to sound a little OCD (which I think I have but never diagnosed :happy: ), but on another discussion someone suggested keying all your recipes in ahead of time. This way on Thanksgiving Day you would have all the foods available for logging....NO EXCUSES!! I kind of like this idea. I can still have what I want, but I will be able to see exactly how much damage I am getting myself into. If I need/want to workout/walk, I would know if/how it will help!! Just a suggestion!! :drinker:0 -
