Cycle 2 Activate

Is anybody currently in this cycle.
This is my favorite cycle and just wondering how others are doing?

    Not yet, but can't wait to reach it and add more ingredients to my list!
    Currently Cycle 1 day 4.
    Wondering why is this your favorite cylce (maybe you'll give me something to look forward too).
    i am personally waiting for cylce 3 where i can have a little dressing on my salad and corn TORTILLAS!!

    I like the every other day thing. It seems to help with loosing. I was off the wagon for two weeks now eating more wheat and I feel horrible. I am back to cycle 2 starting today... I follow a basic activate with one day I don't worry to much about what I eat. How are you doing so far ...

    As far as following it, i think I am doing well. I like the food (yogurt w/fruit, smoothies, tilapia, baked chicken, etc) so it is easy for me to follow it. My only concern is I feel i did not loose weight as others have experienced, I lost 1.8 pounds in 6 days. : (
    I see you said Cycle 2 seems to be where the weight lose happens for you. Maybe that will be my case too.

    I actually lost the most in cycle 1...I felt the best in cycle 2...so now i am trying a modified 2, but need to get back to my 1200 calories in that cycle..

    I started Cycle 2 last week. I didn't lose ANY weight in Cycle 1 so feeling a little disheartened. I seem to have lost a lot of energy too.
