Week 1 Day 3

Focus T25 Gamma Week 3 Day 3 : Rip't Up

Followed by a Make-up day for day 17 of the Ab challenge that I did not do on Sunday (75 Sit-ups, 100 Crunches, 42 Leg Raises and a 65 Second Plank)

    I like the idea of a challenge so when I saw the "ab challenge" post I googled it.. I just started the AB & SQUAT challenges today from this site...

    I can't believe you are doing a 65 second plank! Great job! Are you doing the high planks on your hands or on your elbows? I can hold high planks for about 30 seconds but I can only hold the elbow plank for about 15 seconds. :(

    Hi gang! Rough day so I am logging in late. I caught one of my employees stealing today and then I was ticked about something else at work. I went to Zumba and directed that pent up aggression towards my workout. I have never sweat so much in my life! It was a great workout though! I should get ticked off more often. :mad:

    Tanya sorry for the rough day. It is so disheartening to hear of trusted people taking from you. I like that you used the aggression at zumba to end your day making you feel better from the workout and for the workout. Great job
